Rates and Reservations

Special Offer: $195.00 per night based on double occupancy
2 night minimum stay; 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends
- Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's: 5 night minimum
Each additional person $50.00; we can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.
Dogs: $15.00 a day
Stays of a week or more are negotiable.

We require a Credit Card to hold the reservation for the full amount. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal.
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations made within the cancellation period are charged a $25 rebooking fee.
- Reservations cancelled less than 7 days in advance are subject to a fee of a one day rate.
- 3-5 day holidays made less than 30 days in advance are subject to a fee of a one day rate.
- Cancellations made the scheduled day of your arrival are charged the full amount of your reservation.
- "No Shows" are charged the full amount of your reservation.
We gladly extend a 10% discount for stays of one week or longer.

A 7% lodging tax will be added to room rates.
