La Casita is a complete self contained house with all cooking facilities, no noise and few neighbors, where you are the only guest. This custom designed Casita offers rounded Moorish arches, inlayed wall tiles and large front and back tiled patios that will enliven your senses. You can actually see the sunset beyond the mountains. It is ideal for stressed out city dwellers who want to view the milky way, smell the fresh air and hear the birds. It is located in Rimrock just outside Pioneertown, the historic western movie town created by Roy Rogers in 1946. Joshua Tree National Park is only a few miles away.

Rancho Mojave sits on 20 acres of open desert land, backing onto a wilderness preserve. It is directly north of Palm Springs. Its refreshing 5000 foot elevation avoids the heat usually associated with the desert. We have abundant Joshua trees and plenty of pine with miles of hiking trails. Wild life, spectacular rock formations and desert wild flowers are everywhere to be found. You can also explore the nearby towns of Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree or 29 Palms.

No off road vehicles are permitted on our ranch, where only hikers and horses are allowed.
